A rare gem

I call him rare because Rishi Idnani is an Indian origin lad coping nudity so well. The face is a stark blunt one with sexy lips. But, a great abs section covers up for all little that he lost in cuteness. No effort goes in loving this beauty. And we believe he is pursuing his studies as well. A rare gem indeed. Take a look.

The history of 'Gay' expression

Yes, we all know that is a slang but believe it or not it doesn't seem to have any other origin than the word 'gay'. Simply happy, euphoric, and loving the very moment of life. Now that is a very gay picture of a 'gay'. I wish that was true. Suicide is five times more common in gay males than the heterosexual counterparts. That is for the 'gay' being a misleading nomenclature.

Technically, 'gay' has a probable origin in the French word 'gai'. But, before coming to English it did some literary act in German. But, all in all, it meant happiness when it came to English. In fact it was a pretty warm expression for happiness until 1950s and later. But, before that gay was literary perceived by some authors an depicted as a 'prohibited' happiness; something that one was pathologically addicted to. So, soon euphemistically gay was sexualized to mean sexual happiness as in 'forbidden' sense and it was so considered that a 'gay' man meant a lecher (womanizer) , 'gay' woman meant a prostitute and a 'gay' house meant a brothel.

It is not known for certain as to how and why was the word taken to mean a homosexual. Strange though, the first literary instance came with Gertrude Stein's Miss Furr & Miss Skeene (1922) which depicted 'female' homosexual interests as

"They were ...gay, they learned little things that are things in being gay, ... they were quite regularly gay."

Now that was a nasty expression but even here it only meant happiness but, it was taken for a colloquial replacement and soon it was synonymous with homosexual. But, a more important reason for it to be so popular is the pejorative expression 'Queer' which is considered to be derogatory. As the world identified the phenomenon called homosexuality, people world over sympathized and wanted a replacement for 'queer'. Today, even 'gay' is considered to be 'discriminatory'. Phew, we have come a great way from 'derogation' to 'discrimination'.

Happy republic day!

Meet Benjamin Godfre

No, its not a co-incidence that he has 'God' in his name; he truly is a god. Beautiful eyes, sexy looks, ripped abs and the slender and not perfectly heavy arms simply make him look like an angel if not God. Hot as he is, he posed for Timoteo and Tom Cullins. Good god he is one perfect creation of god. And he is unbelievably 22 year old. Just love what your eyes show you. His best looks only for you.

So, I suggest you can stare as long as you can.

Homosexuality for Homophobiacs

Of course, we all know its a big big social taboo out here but, homophobia is different. Have you seen people literally scared to be quoted a homosexual, people who avoid the third gender and transsexuals as if they were creatures from hell or few others who religiously take it upon themselves that homosexuality is a sin and never leave a chance to criticize and ridicule others with diverse sexualities? These people are naturally ignorant and barely educated and may hold high literary achievements but, all in vain.

Heterosexual people may be understood. But, Medical Science also recognizes that many homosexuals are homophobiacs and frankly speaking a big bunch of homophobiacs are not strictly straight. Not strictly straight implies that these people may either be bi-curious, bisexuals or homosexuals or another common breed of humans who have had homosexual encounters once in the past and feel guilty about it.

Little can be done about men and women who are straight. To them its a view, an opinion or about prejudices. But, this article discusses Homosexual Homophobia which is very widespread. Look at this data from Alfred Kinsey's study which found that 46% of male population agreed to have sexual interests and reported to having reacted sexually to both the sexes, 37% voted to have participated in a bisexual activity and 4% agreed to be living as homosexuals or bisexuals openly in the society (as pairs). Further more the study indicated that 13% of human population in spite of ethnicity is homosexual in nature. Now, the funny part: another study was carried out by different methods by sect of scientists and doctors who felt the report exaggerated homosexuality in society and guess what, this study reached the same figures and in fact, at places exceeding the numbers indicated by Alfred Kinsey.

But, the point is, why out of the 37% bisexuals and 13% homosexuals, only 4% live their true identities? The answer lies in the majority which is straight and the responsibility lies with the 43% of bi-curious population that live secret sexual fantasies but, criticize homosexuality in public. Here I leave you with a wonderful thought.

Understanding Sexuality

This is a genuinely vast subject - actually a science in itself. Sex as a concept is the need of all animal species and is needed in order to continue the process of natural selection and evolution. So, no wonder sex is important. But, humans are not just animals and since, they can think, they have an additional component to sex and that is psychological. So sexuality becomes the aggregation of both biological and psychological sexuality. It is worth noting that most animals can't think sex unlike human beings. There urges and sexual cycles are dictated by natural biological clocks, but in humans we have a great gift of controlling, simulating and understanding sex as more than a biological process, it is a social nuance too.

Now we all know that genetically, sex is decided by the father contribution of X or Y chromosome. X leads to be a girl embryo and Y makes a boy embryo. This is the Genetic gender of the embryo. But, what its to be gender is, shall be decided by a number of other factors. As of now the embryo is unisex and not differentiated. It is known that brain cells develop much before the sexual organs of the fetus. So, fetus asks the mother body for an indication as to which brain to develop, a male or a female brain. Interestingly, mother's body is full of estrogen which becomes the default texture of the embryo's brain. Problem arises when mother's body delays the supply of testosterone the male signal, due to abnormalities caused by trauma, poor nutrition or medication. In such circumstances, even the male fetus develops a female brain. If a female fetus receives testosterone, it develops a male brain. These neuron connections and brain develop the same way for rest of the life. This is the Brain gender.

Finally, comes the time when the fetus develops sexual organs. This is the Physiological gender. Sometimes, pregnancy abnormalities lead to the new born having ambiguous organs, both male and female organs or wrong organs. At times, these change with the child growth and at times they don't and are accompanied by endocrine (hormonal) dysfunctions; then the organs have to be cosmetically created. Moving further there are social and parental grooming that gives a child its initial gender identity, this is the Psychological gender.

Interestingly, functional sexuality is the combination of these and the one that prevails taking all these influences in mind. Although biological gender can be easily found out and corrected if need be, genetic and brain gender can not be corrected because they are as much a part of an individual as are the colour of our eyes, hair, skin and allergies. In the end no one can decide the sexuality but for an individual alone. It is beyond an individual's control to manipulate sexuality. It all depends on and as to what are you comfortable with and nothing else. For all we know that most people might not be perfectly male or female. It is important that early in adolescence gender identity or one's sexuality is determined, accepted and endorsed. Suppression of various flavors of sexualities tend to create psychological barriers and disorders.
